Mallowly is an AI. It isn't a medical or counseling service, and it can't replace professional help or emergency services.

Delete your account and data

1. Open Mallowly and tap the gear in the top-right corner of your home to open Settings.
2. Choose Privacy & data.
3. Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

This deletes the data on your phone and your account, backups, and other data on our server, and signs you out. It can't be undone.

Can't open the app (lost phone, already deleted it)? Email mallowly.app@gmail.com from the address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you chose Hide My Email when signing in with Apple, tell us in your email and we'll confirm it's you before deleting.

Only want to remove some things? Clearing chats, making your roommate forget, and deleting photos are all in Settings › Privacy & data. You can also delete a single photo from the album.

Download your data

Go to Settings › Privacy & data › Download my data to save your data as a file.

How do I join the beta?

Email mallowly.app@gmail.com and tell us you'd like to try it. We'll send you a TestFlight invite. You'll need an iPhone on iOS 26 or later.

How old do I need to be?

You must be 13 or older. If you're 13 to 17, you need a parent's or guardian's permission first.

My roommate said something wrong. What should I do?

Mallowly is an AI and sometimes gets things wrong. Long-press that reply and tap Report this reply, or email us.

Does it cost anything?

We're still testing, and there's no paid plan right now.

Where is my data stored, and who can see it?

See our Privacy Policy. It explains what data we handle, where it's stored, and how you can delete it.
